RE-ELECT
Medina County Commissioner
Pat
Continuing the commitment...
Geissman
In 1992 Pat told Medina County residents they could count on her to
be a Commissioner who would be involved and visible in the
community and available to hear their concerns...a Commissioner
willing to take the initiative in identifying and resolving county issues.

Pat gave her word and has kept that promise for 16 years!
Promises made...

Geissman is working with cities in the county, identifying options
to make your anti drug abuse tax levy dollars work harder to
provide the most effective drug abuse enforcement possible.

Geissman has joined a collaborative effort, SUSTAIN, which is
focusing on helping senior citizens (our fastest growing
population) suffering from depression, alcohol and prescription
misuse and mental health issues.

Geissman will continue to pursue state, federal and private
foundation funding for railroad crossing improvements until all of
Medina County’s 108 crossings are considered safe.

Geissman is committed to achieving County Courthouse
renovation without increasing taxes.

Geissman is committed to doing more with less by continuing to
root out waste and duplication of services, initiating policies
providing quality service at the lowest possible tax-payer cost.

Geissman recently organized a Foreclosure Prevention Task Force
that includes Bankers, Real Estate Brokers, Attorneys, the
County's Housing Network and others interested in helping
families before and during the foreclosure process.  The task force
has identified state and local opportunities for assistance and will
follow through to help families as long as there is a need.  856
Medina County families lost their homes to foreclosure last year
and that number is expected to be more than 1,000 this year.
That's a crisis for Medina County.
Pat Geissman pledges to continue the promise she has made
and kept for 16 years -- to be a commissioner who is involved,
available and who listens.
A proven
