| root out waste and duplication of services, initiating policies providing quality service at the lowest possible tax-payer cost. |
| Geissman recently organized a Foreclosure Prevention Task Force | |
| that includes Bankers, Real Estate Brokers, Attorneys, the County's Housing Network and others interested in helping families before and during the foreclosure process. The task force has identified state and local opportunities for assistance and will follow through to help families as long as there is a need. 856 Medina County families lost their homes to foreclosure last year and that number is expected to be more than 1,000 this year. That's a crisis for Medina County. |
